Error: Column headings missing on Subs & Attendance chart.

When printing a Subs & Attendance chart, the dates are missing from the column headings on the print out.  This problem only applies to later versions of the Hewlett Packard Deskjet printers, such as the Deskjet 720C, 840C and 920cxi.

This problem seems to be caused by the newer Hewlett Packard Deskjet printer drivers, shipped with the printer and at present there is no known solution.  We are currently investigating this problem and have alerted Hewlett Packard.
